The rate is the percentage of women ages 15–64 who are in the labour force. ILO modelled estimates are harmonised for international comparison and may be revised as new national evidence becomes available; forecasts for 2026 and 2027 are excluded.
The ranking uses 2025 ILOSTAT modelled estimates of the labour-force participation rate for women ages 15–64. Eligible sovereign nations are ordered from highest to lowest, and aggregate reporting groups are excluded.
