The rate is the percentage of men ages 15+ who are in the labour force. ILO modelled estimates are harmonised for international comparison and may be revised as new national evidence becomes available; forecasts for 2026 and 2027 are excluded.
The ranking uses 2025 ILOSTAT modelled estimates of the labour-force participation rate for men ages 15+. Eligible sovereign nations are ordered from highest to lowest, and aggregate reporting groups are excluded.
