What the Data Shows
This page ranks economies by agricultural tractor density using latest available rows from 2002 to 2009. The five rows measure tractors per 1,000 hectares of arable land after unit conversion. Slovenia led at 589.5 tractors per 1,000 hectares, ahead of Andorra at 458.4. The series is historical and latest available by economy, not a current annual ranking.

Data notes & caveats
No share denominator is used. The World Bank indicator is published per 100 square kilometres of arable land and is converted to per 1,000 hectares.
Methodology
Values are converted by dividing the source value per 100 square kilometres by 10 because 100 square kilometres equals 10,000 hectares.
Source consistency notes
Rows use the same indicator family and unit after conversion, but the period is latest available by economy rather than a single calendar year.
