Data notes & caveats

ILOSTAT modelled estimates are harmonised for international comparison and may be revised as national evidence changes.

Methodology

The comparison uses 2015 and 2025 values for the same youth labour-force participation rate definition. Nations are ordered by the magnitude of change, while signed values show whether the rate rose or fell.

Source consistency notes

Every row uses the same ILOSTAT indicator, demographic definition, two endpoint years and percentage unit.
