Fifteen nations are compared by the largest absolute unemployment gender gap in 2025. The comparison includes men’s and women’s unemployment rates and the signed male-minus-female difference, all measured as percentages of the labour force. Iraq has the largest gap at 16.8 percentage points, with women at 30.1% and men at 13.3%. Syria ranks second with a 15.1 percentage-point gap.
