Website adoption is compared across Latvian enterprise size classes in 2025. The official survey covers enterprises with at least 10 employees, and the all-enterprise rate of 68.8% is retained as a benchmark. Large enterprises recorded the highest rate at 97.8%, compared with 87.0% for medium-sized enterprises. Small enterprises recorded 64.6%, leaving a 33.2-percentage-point large–small gap.
