This comparison tracks five major sources of Pakistan’s electricity generation from September 2025 through February 2026. Values are monthly generation measured in gigawatt-hours. Coal increased from 2,221.2 GWh in September to 2,381.0 GWh in February. Hydropower fell from 4,783.3 GWh to 1,782.5 GWh over the same six-month window.
