The survey-based rates are accompanied by relative standard errors, all below the ABS 25% caution threshold for this comparison. The Northern Territory ranks highest at 4.8%, followed by Tasmania at 2.8%. New South Wales ranks lowest at 1.4%, while the national rate was 1.8%.
