What the Data Shows
Algeria’s Treasury current account held a positive DZD 1,788.31 billion balance at end-March 2023. Of that total, DZD 833.73 billion was held in the Revenue Regulation Fund. The fund represented 46.62% of the Treasury balance. The other current-account balance was DZD 954.58 billion, or 53.38% of the total.
