What the Data Shows
Foreign direct investment net inflows fell from 2.4% of Armenia’s GDP in 2023 to 0.5% in 2024. The decline was 1.9 percentage points, equivalent to 79.2% relative to the 2023 ratio. The official WDI series’ latest complete year is 2024, so no 2025 value is included. The measure is a net balance-of-payments inflow ratio and can be volatile from year to year.
