Data notes & caveats

World Bank WDI economy rows can include territories and special administrative regions, so the page uses economies rather than nations. Shares are not included because no separate total is used for this ranking. The page does not claim that each national submission has final observation status.

Methodology

The ranking uses World Bank WDI economy rows for GNI per person at purchasing-power parity in 2024, measured in current international $ per person. Aggregate and reporting-group entries are excluded where they appear in the source. Values are ranked descending and rounded consistently for display. Because no separate total is used, the graphic compares raw indicator values only.

Source consistency notes

Rows use the same World Bank WDI indicator, annual period, unit and descending ranking basis, supporting a like-for-like comparison across WDI economies.
