Data notes & caveats
A positive signed gap means the men’s rate is higher; a negative gap means the women’s rate is higher. ILOSTAT observations can include national estimates or statistical breaks, as indicated by the source.
Methodology
Men’s and women’s informal-employment rates within services employment are paired for each nation. Rows are ranked by the absolute gap, while the signed difference is men minus women.
Source consistency notes
Every component uses the same ILOSTAT indicator family, 2024 period, economic-activity definition and percent-of-employment basis, with each gap based on matched values within one reporting entity.
