The percentage is the complement of the published share waiting within 18 weeks for each provider. Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust ranked highest at 49.4%. University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust ranked second at 44.9%, and the minimum-volume rule limits small-provider distortion.
