What the Data Shows
Paid cloud-computing use is compared across small, medium and large Latvian enterprises in 2025. The three peer groups share the same official survey definition, while the 44.1% all-enterprise rate is retained as a benchmark. Large enterprises lead at 83.4%, compared with 59.2% for medium enterprises. Small enterprises record 40.1%, creating a 43.3-percentage-point large-versus-small gap.
