Data notes & caveats
Gross savings covers the economy as a whole. It is not a household-only saving-rate measure.
Methodology
The 2023 and 2024 Vietnam observations are retained from one World Bank gross-savings indicator. The absolute change is calculated in percentage points and the relative change uses the 2023 ratio as the base.
Source consistency notes
Both endpoints use one World Bank indicator, national geography and percent-of-GDP basis.
